Welcome to StellixLab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our trading platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
StellixLab ("we," "us," or "our") provides a unified trading platform that allows you to connect and manage accounts from multiple brokerage firms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StellixLab.
By registering for an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Account Creation
To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Security Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Log out of your account when using shared devices
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity, or if you violate these Terms.
Broker Account Connection
Our platform allows you to connect accounts from multiple brokerage firms (Angel One, Zerodha Kite, Groww, Upstox). By connecting a broker account, you authorize us to access your account information and execute trades on your behalf through the broker's API.
Token Storage and Security
We store your broker authentication tokens securely using industry-standard encryption. Your tokens are:
- Encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
- Transmitted over secure HTTPS connections
- Stored in compliance with SEBI regulations
- Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent
Broker Terms
Your use of broker services is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective brokerage firms. We are not responsible for any actions, policies, or services provided by these brokers.
Permitted Use
You may use our Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for personal or internal business purposes related to trading and portfolio management.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
- Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent
- Use the Services to violate any securities laws or regulations
Investment Disclaimer
Trading in securities, derivatives, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources.
No Investment Advice
StellixLab does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made by you. We are a technology platform that facilitates access to broker services and market data. We do not recommend, endorse, or suggest any particular securities, strategies, or investments.
Market Data
Market data provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or timely. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on such data.
Currently, our platform is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features or services in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance. Brokerage fees, commissions, and other charges imposed by your broker will continue to apply as per your broker's terms.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of StellixLab or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELLIXLAB AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StellixLab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
